After 9/11, we were told it would be the death of irony. Little did they know quite how festering and resilient irony is, or how it would come back stronger than ever. But a few years before that fateful day, irony had apparently already been delivered a swift kick in the teeth. The saddest thing is I saw them on this tour, though I dont believe Bob Dylan was there. Even at the age of 11 I'm fairly sure I would have lost my shit.
